The first ingredient listed is Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, which is mainly classified as a bulking ingredient. Instead of using an ingredient such as Talc, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite is used to give a softer feel to the formula.  This ingredient is also a skin enhancer, as it provides a glow to the skin. Additionally, it's feather like feel gently blurs the skin for a flawless makeup application.
