Fresa Beauty™ Warranty and Returns Policy

**Thank you for shopping at Fresa Beauty!**  We appreciate your business and want to
ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. This policy outlines our Warranty and Return procedures for your reference.

 

**Warranty**

Fresa Beauty offers a limited warranty on certain products (**"Warranty Products"**).  The specific warranty period for each Warranty Product will be listed on the product page and/or packaging.  During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any Warranty Product that malfunctions due to a manufacturer defect.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by
misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

 

**To make a warranty claim:**

* Please contact our customer service team at support@fresabeauty.com within the warranty period.

* You will be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and photos of the defective item.

* We may request that you return the defective product for inspection.

* Once we have verified the warranty claim, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

 

**Returns**

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fresa Beauty purchases.  If for any reason you
are not satisfied, you may return most unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving your items.

 

**What cannot be returned:**

* Items that have been opened or used

* Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

* Items without a receipt or proof of purchase

* Items from a different website or retailer

 

**To make a return:**

* Please contact our customer service team at support@fresabeauty.com
to initiate your return.

* We will provide you with a return shipping label (depending on the reason for return).

* Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

* Ship the item back to the address we provide.

* Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

**Please note:**

* You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

* We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return criteria.
