complaining party. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to keep the removed material disabled or to restore access to it within 10 days of receiving the counter-notice, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.

 

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the access to the Site of any user who we believe is a repeat infringer.
